Meet Rodney, Your Life Coach and Hypnotherapist

How did I get into life coaching and hypnotherapy. What forces pulled me positively here.

I started hiking about 10 years ago and found myself at the back of the group encouraging others, facing their fears of the mountain or that upcoming hill with them. I truly know what’s it’s been like. Hey I was scared and challenged too. The conversations, feelings, emotions, and all of us dealing with our own issues, fears and limitations. It was never about the hike or the mountain. Simply one foot in front of the other. A start point and finish point. The journey in-between. They say that hiking is great for mental health and can bring clarity to your mind and life’s situations. I have helped so many people and made some long life friends from my hiking adventures.

Those skills and feedback I gained on those trails has drawn me to make a change within my own life. Working 45 plus hour weeks in hospitality management, days, nights, weekends whilst working with my own clinical hypnotherapist Eileen Scott to work through my own personal issues of weight loss, self love and confidence. Some big breakthrough moments.

When the first big covid lockdown hit in Melbourne I had been looking for a change and some sense of job security I decided to take on 2 Diplomas, which is an all mighty effort for a guy with a year 9 education. One in clinical hypnotherapy and the other in life coaching. Fast forward a few years and I’m actually helping and supporting people to understand themselves better, their life’s direction and supporting them to live a life to the fullest their way!

My friends and family say that I’m a nurturing soul with an listening ear. Guidance and the patience to enable people to grow within themselves. A supportive hand.

Let’s have a conversation about where you are at and where you want to be. Choose me to be you coach and hypnotherapist. Using the tools I have learnt through my studies, diplomas and my life’s intuition.
