What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a natural state of deep relaxation. We all experience this state at least twice a day, when falling asleep and when waking. There are other times we enter this "flow" state: while driving, watching TV, playing a sport or engaging in a favorite hobby. Hypnosis therapy teaches you to more easily access this relaxed yet intently focused state at will. This mindful state can be used to change unwanted habits, overcome longstanding obstacles and unlock your deeper potential.

Does hypnosis work?

Hypnosis is not "magic," but a structured, clinical process of learning to relax the mind and body. Although with Rodney’s assistance you will enter the hypnotic state in session, you will also receive take home assignments, encouraging you to practice relaxation, mindfulness and self-hypnosis on your own. Your experiences in session, combined with structured homework, help you cultivate new habits of thinking, feeling and doing.
